THE Gallery gives select artists from all over the Bay Area a venue to show their work. Our partnership with Cedars for Vibrant Makers: Cedar’s Artists gives us the opportunity to showcase a handful of outstanding Marin artists and to further strengthen our robust art ecosystem—but much closer to home.

We are pleased to present rich, multidisciplinary artwork by diverse makers whose practices span vibrant explorations of color and form, line-focused message art, and fiber-wrapped talking sticks. Additional works showcase a fascination for cars that manifests in drawing, impactful graphic black-and-white depictions of homeless people, and a Cedars Collaborative mobile. The exhibition features artists Andy Buckwald, Lowell Edelman, Anna Price, Lucy Sokoloff, Alan Ward, and Amey Joy.

Homeless woman sitting on street corner holding "Seeking Human Kindness". She is nestled under highly detailed, patterned blankets or clothing featuring abstract grids, and overlapping lines. Behind her, a dense, floor-to-ceiling background resembles rows of books on shelves or finely textured wooden slats.
Detail of drawing featuring a stylized portrait of singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega rendered on tan paper. Vega is portrait with black hair, large stylized eyelashes, bright red lips, and long red nail polish on a hand held to her chest. She wears a black garment detailed with an orange-and-black striped ladder design. In the top section, bold red handwritten text reads "SUZANNE VEGA (1959-", "© 2025", and "L.A.E. ARTS". On the right side, handwritten blue text provides a biographical snippet from Wikipedia detailing her career, genres, and hits like "Luka" and "Tom's Diner". Directly below the biography, the text lists five of her prominent album recordings from 1984 to 1996, including _Solitude Standing_ and _99.9F°.__
